Dr Ross Ritchie

PhD, MBA, BSc (Hons)

Ross is an Associate Professor of Operations Management, Loughborough University, School of Business and Economics. Ross teaches a variety of Operations Management disciplines, including core operations, operations strategy and project management.

 

Ross’ research focuses on decision-making and behavior in operations, in particular the study of risk management. He has experience of a broad range of industries and sectors and has a core competence in service operations management and the public sector.

Ross has previously held roles of Senior Teaching Fellow and Assistant Dean at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Before joining academia, Ross held senior roles in the Energy Industry and over ten years of management developed a reputation for delivering international change management programmes and setting up new supplier agreements.

 

Ross continues his engagement with practice through a breadth of consultancy and advisory roles to both public and private sector companies.
